If a Texas State organization or office anticipates holding a special event, they should contact Parking Services in advance to make arrangements for parking. Event planners are reminded that parking on campus is limited and it may not be possible to accommodate parking for a large group at certain days and/or times. Parking arrangements should be published and distributed with all special event information.
