There may be times when a fee is required for special events parking, such as during Texas State football games. The LBJ Student Center Parking Garage must be used for any event held at the LBJ Student Center, and persons attending a special event at the Student Center should contact the event's sponsor for details about parking arrangements.

If an Texas State organization or office anticipates holding a special event, they should contact Parking Services in advance to make arrangements for parking. Event planners are reminded that parking on campus is limited and it may not be possible to accommodate parking for a large group at certain days and/or times. Parking arrangements should be published and distributed with all special event information.
